Independent Financial Adviser – Client Portfolio (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a leading Chartered IFA firm in the South East. You will be allocated a full client portfolio that includes high‑net‑worth individuals and will receive dedicated leads, paraplanning and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored financial advice.
• Develop new business opportunities through allocated leads and referrals.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and admin staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
• Provide consultative, solution‑focused advice across investments, pensions and protection.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, preferably serving HNW clients.
• Consultative approach to client relationships.
• Based locally around Gatwick/Horsham to attend the office regularly.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary up to £75,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications.
