Independent Financial Adviser – Client Portfolio (Gatwick)

About the role

Our client, one of the largest Chartered IFA firms in the UK, is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to manage a full client portfolio from their Gatwick office. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, supported by leads, paraplanning and administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to an existing portfolio of HNW clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships using a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with paraplanning and admin teams to deliver timely recommendations.
• Identify new business opportunities through provided leads.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong consultative sales mindset.
• Ability to work locally in Gatwick and attend the office regularly.
