Independent Financial Adviser – HNW Clients

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join an award‑winning IFA firm serving high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients in Sussex. The successful candidate will benefit from an established client base, allowing you to focus on delivering tailored financial advice without the need to bring a book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to HNW individuals and families.
• Develop and implement personalised investment, retirement and protection strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing service excellence.
• Collaborate with paraplanning and administrative teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, preferably within an IFA environment.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented culture.

• Base salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum.
