About the role

Join an award‑winning independent financial advisory practice in Godalming and manage an established portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients inherited from a retiring director. The role is suitable for both newly qualified advisers looking to train and experienced professionals seeking a ready‑made client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice and planning to an existing client portfolio.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular reviews and proactive service.
• Collaborate with the firm’s support team to ensure seamless administration and compliance.
• Meet regulatory standards and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Required profile

• Qualified or aspiring Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) willing to work under supervision if inexperienced.
• Strong ethical standards and a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work on‑site at least three days per week while enjoying hybrid flexibility.

Required skills

• Knowledge of UK financial advisory regulations and best practices.

What we offer

• Base salary £50,000‑£60,000 per year, with potential to rise to £70,000 for established advisers.
