Independent Financial Adviser – up to £75k + bonuses

About the role

We are seeking an Independent Financial Adviser to join a well‑established wealth planning practice located near Guildford/Godalming. You will manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and actively grow the business through networking and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to private and corporate clients with assets ranging from £500k to over £3m.
• Manage and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
• Generate new business by attending breakfast meetings, conferences, seminars and networking events.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and benefit from mentorship while pursuing Chartered status.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and keep client records up to date.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified with Competent Adviser status signed off.
• 2–3 years of advising experience with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
• Willingness to attend industry events and build relationships with accountants, solicitors and sports clubs.
