Independent Financial Adviser – Up to £90k Salary

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join our growing wealth‑management practice in Bromley. You will work within a supportive team, focusing on generating new business and delivering high‑quality, holistic financial planning advice to individuals, families and business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and convert new client opportunities through proactive business development activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive fact‑finding meetings and regular financial reviews.
• Provide advice on pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning strategies.
• Assess client objectives, risk profiles and financial circumstances to deliver compliant recommendations.
• Manage your own pipeline of prospective and existing clients.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma (or higher) in financial services.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and client‑focused approach.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Excellent fact‑finding and client relationship management abilities.
• Clear communication of complex financial concepts.
