About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Independent Financial Advisor to join an award‑winning firm in South East England. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, delivering bespoke wealth management solutions while benefiting from extensive technical, administrative and development support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of HNW clients, providing holistic financial planning and wealth management services.
• Develop tailored solutions to ensure clients’ financial growth and security.
• Collaborate closely with other advisors, leveraging shared knowledge to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Utilise dedicated support functions including administration, compliance, marketing and investment management.
• Maintain and grow relationships with both internal teams and external professional practices that refer specialist‑advice clients.

Required profile

• Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to deliver holistic advice to HNW clients.
• Progressing toward or already holding Chartered Status, demonstrating broad technical knowledge of industry developments.
• Proven client‑management skills and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
