Independent Financial Advisor – £50k Salary + Bonus

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a national Independent Financial Advisory group for an experienced Independent Financial Advisor to take over a well‑established client bank in the Warrington area. This is a servicing‑focused, remote‑friendly position that allows you to concentrate on high‑quality financial planning for existing clients without the pressure of new business generation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of approximately 130 clients.
• Provide ongoing, holistic financial planning advice and ensure exceptional service levels.
• Collaborate with a dedicated paraplanning and administrative team.
• Attend client meetings across the M6/M56/M62 corridor as required.

Required profile

• Hold at least a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Proven experience delivering independent financial advice.
• Comfortable managing an existing client bank and valuing long‑term relationships.
• Seeking a secure, employed role with a provided client portfolio.

• Basic salary of £50,000 per annum.
• Performance bonus structure – validation at three times salary and additional 25% bonus on earnings above validation.
