About the role

We are a digital health company focused on cannabis‑based medicines and are looking for an Independent Prescriber Clinical Pharmacist to join our London team. The position combines on‑site patient interaction with remote case review, allowing you to manage and optimise treatment plans for a growing patient base.

Key responsibilities

Prescribe and review cannabis‑based medication regimens for patients.
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Minimum of 2 years experience as an independent prescriber.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
