Indirect Procurement Manager – Marketing, Print, Property

About the role

As an Indirect Procurement Manager you will take ownership of key indirect spend categories such as Marketing, Print, Property and Estates. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive value, mitigate risk and support the organisation’s broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities across the assigned indirect categories.
• Develop and deliver category strategies for Marketing, Print, Property and Estates.
• Manage tender processes, supplier negotiations and contract awards.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and influence decisions.
• Identify cost‑reduction, value‑improvement and supplier‑innovation opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Deliver procurement projects on time and within budget.
• Provide commercial advice and market insight to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Indirect Procurement Manager, Category Manager or Senior Procurement Manager.
• Strong expertise in one or more categories: Marketing, Print, Property, Estates, Facilities Management or Corporate Services.
• Demonstrated success delivering sourcing projects, negotiations and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering savings and added value.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
