Individual Giving Officer – Sponsorship & Regular Giving

About the role

Join Canine Partners to lead the Puppy Sponsorship and Regular Giving programmes. Working from home, you will help raise vital funds that enable assistance dogs to transform the lives of disabled people across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Drive fundraising through the Sponsor a Puppy scheme and regular giving initiatives.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the puppy sponsorship programme, including record‑keeping and payment processing.
• Serve as the primary contact for puppy sponsors and regular donors, building long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with the Communications Team to produce updates, social media posts, and campaign materials, gathering photos and stories from staff and volunteers.
• Travel occasionally to the National Training Centre for busy appeals and quarterly fundraising meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in individual giving, donor‑relations, and appeal/communications management.
• Track record of securing and maintaining income from individual supporters.
• Experience managing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Ability to handle a varied workload, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
• Passion for the impact of assistance dogs on beneficiaries.

• Full‑time (37.5 hours/week) remote role with occasional travel.
• Competitive salary range of £28,000–£31,937 per year.
