Industrial Cleaner (4 on 4 off Days)

About the role
Northwood is looking for an Industrial Cleaner to maintain a safe and spotless environment across its busy manufacturing site. The role follows a 4‑on‑4‑off day shift (6 am‑6 pm) and involves cleaning production areas, facilities and staff amenities to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough industrial cleaning of site facilities, production zones and staff restrooms.
- Replenish cleaning consumables such as hand soap, sanitiser, paper towels and toilet tissue.
- Maintain waste bins, sort refuse bags and ensure correct placement in compactors.
- Communicate with site stakeholders regarding cleaning schedules, equipment needs and stock levels.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to planned and unplanned tasks.
- Reliability in punctuality, time‑management and prioritisation.
- Resilience and a solid work ethic to meet production demands.
