Industrial Door Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join a well‑established company in the industrial door and loading bay sector. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of industrial door systems across the Gloucestershire/Worcestershire area.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and test industrial doors and loading bay equipment, including Rapid Roll doors.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults on site.
• Lead site installations, ensuring safety and high‑quality workmanship.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, site surveys, audits and complete service documentation.
• Identify additional work opportunities while delivering excellent customer service and technical support.

Required profile

• Proven experience installing Rapid Roll doors.
• Strong electrical installation and fault‑finding abilities.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial door systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead installations.
• Full UK driving licence.
