Industrial Door Engineer – Up to £22/hr + Overtime

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Door Engineer to join a growing team in Hampshire. The role involves installing, servicing and maintaining a wide range of industrial doors and related equipment for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, fault‑find and maintain industrial doors such as roller shutters, sectional doors, high‑speed doors, manual doors and fire doors.
• Work on loading bay equipment, dock levellers and other access solutions.
• Cover multiple sites across Hampshire and surrounding areas.
• Handle a variety of manufacturers and ensure high‑quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with customers and support team members as needed.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in the industrial door sector (not mandatory).
• Willingness to train across different disciplines.
• Positive attitude and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of roller shutters, sectional doors, high‑speed doors, manual doors and fire doors.
• Familiarity with loading bay equipment and dock levellers.
• Certifications such as IPAF, CSCS/ECS, SPA Passport, PASMA or City & Guilds.
