Influencer Marketing Assistant (France)

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our Influencer Marketing team in France. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and the wider team to execute influencer campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and contribute to sales growth in a fast‑paced beauty‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full influencer marketing lifecycle: identify, outreach, brief, approve content, and evaluate performance.
• Leverage a solid understanding of the French market and culture to design relevant campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships to ensure cost‑effective collaborations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address influencer and affiliate needs.
• Lead influencer activity around product launches, campaigns, and celebrity collaborations.
• Monitor, report, and provide insights on campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities with emerging and established influencers.
• Track and optimise KPI performance, including sign‑ups, traffic, engagement, and sales.

Required profile

• Some experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of French market trends and culture.
• Commercially minded with negotiation experience.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple campaigns.
• Confident communicator with influencers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
• Creative thinker capable of guiding high‑performing content.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to measure success.
• Energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow within a rapidly expanding business.
