Infrastructure Delivery Administrator – Night Shift

About the role

Join the Control Room team at John Lewis’ Magna Park distribution centre, providing IT administration and support to ensure the supply chain runs smoothly during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, record and task operational faults and major incidents, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Plan and prioritise workload, coordinating with engineers, central operations and third‑party suppliers.
• Compile hand‑over reports and daily operational figures for shift transitions.
• Conduct regular audits and suggest improvements to IT systems and projects.
• Ensure training requirements are met and adhere to SOPs.

Required profile

• Experience in automated or semi‑automated warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and work with Warehouse Management Systems.
• IT troubleshooting and operational analysis experience in an IT‑related environment.

What we offer

• Evening premium (£3.25/hr) and night premium (£4.25/hr) on top of base salary.
• Annual salary £32,100 – £49,400.
