Infrastructure Engineer – Azure Platform Migration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to lead Azure platform migration projects on a 6‑month contract basis in London. You will work within a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team to design, implement and validate cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan and execute migration of workloads to Microsoft Azure.
• Design and provision Azure compute, networking, storage, identity and security services.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates.
• Implement monitoring and logging with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Datadog.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate tasks with PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth cut‑over and post‑migration validation.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of professional experience in Azure infrastructure and cloud migration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and independent delivery in dynamic projects.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
