Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

Adecco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software delivery and IT transformation initiatives for a leading automotive organisation. The role focuses on compliance‑driven and electric‑vehicle related projects within a complex, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation and regular reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business functions, IT teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering software or IT projects from inception to completion.
• Strong background in project governance and delivery within complex corporate settings.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification.

Required skills

• PRINCE2 methodology
• SAP knowledge
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

What we offer

• Up to £550 per day rate.
• Hybrid working model (typically two days on‑site per week).
• Contract until 18 December 2026 with potential extension.
