In‑House Property Solicitor (Conveyancing)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join an established in‑house legal team. The role offers a flexible, on‑site environment across several possible bases in the East Anglia region, supporting the business’s conveyancing and property acquisition activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage freehold sale and purchase transactions, including preparation and review of legal documents.
- Conduct comprehensive title searches and ensure clear legal ownership.
- Handle dispute resolution matters related to property transactions.
- Provide advice on acquisitions and asset purchases.
Required profile
- Proven experience in conveyancing and property law.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on legal matters.
- Willingness to relocate or base yourself in Northampton, Peterborough, Essex or Cambridge.
