Inhouse Recruitment Lead

About the role

As the Inhouse Recruitment Lead you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a fast‑moving sales and marketing organisation. Working closely with internal stakeholders and client account teams, you will ensure recruitment targets are met while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruitment function to achieve vacancy targets and meet client service level agreements.
• Manage a part‑time Recruitment Executive through coaching, training and performance appraisals.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for senior and junior roles, building talent pipelines and monitoring market trends.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle – advertising, interviewing, onboarding – and ensure full utilisation of the ATS.
• Produce recruitment reports and insights using Excel, the ATS and Power BI, analysing performance and market activity.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant legislation, handling vacancy advertising, onboarding and new‑starter administration.
• Conduct field visits, attend client meetings and deliver recruitment workshops to hiring managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Advisor handling the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
