Injection Moulding Setter – Day or Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter or Technician to join our manufacturing team at Trafford Park. The role offers the choice of a rotating day shift or a permanent night shift, both with a shift premium.

Key responsibilities

• Perform tool changes and set up injection moulding machines for new production runs.
• Optimise process parameters to maximise output while maintaining quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolve machine faults and production issues.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and advise operators on best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of set‑ups, changes and performance data.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of tool changes, machine set‑up and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment faults.
• Proactive attitude towards quality, safety and continuous improvement.
• Capability to work independently and support shift colleagues.
