Inside Sales Representative – B2B Telecoms

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join a fast‑growing B2B telecoms specialist. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for prospective business customers, helping them discover the right telecom solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through outbound calling.
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and keep the sales pipeline active.
• Understand client requirements and position tailored telecom solutions.
• Build trusted relationships using a consultative, no‑script sales approach.
• Prioritise high‑value opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Create proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven B2B telecoms sales experience (telesales or desk‑based).
• Confident, consultative sales style without reliance on scripts.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organised, proactive and target‑driven.
• Comfortable using CRM systems.
• Focused on closing deals and delivering results.
• Ambitious and eager to grow with the business.
