Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a commercially aware and organised Inside Sales Representative to join our inside sales team in Reading. You will support the smooth running of the sales function by managing quotes, processing orders and maintaining CRM accuracy, while also identifying revenue‑growth opportunities within existing accounts through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quotations and complex order processing.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and conduct outbound calls to the install base.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Support vendor engagement and deal registrations.

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales, B2B sales or sales support.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator via phone and email.
• IT channel experience is desirable.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency.
