Inside Sales Support

About the role

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to join a friendly, supportive team in Harlow. You will act as the primary back‑office partner for Business Development Managers, ensuring smooth order processing and high‑quality customer interaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and provide accurate quotes
• Check stock levels and process orders with precision
• Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability and lead times
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle

Required profile

• Previous sales support or order processing experience (highly desirable)
• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers
• Office‑based customer service or administration experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive and team‑oriented approach

What we offer

• Salary between £26,000 and £29,000 per year
