Insight Analyst – Marketing Data Transformation

About the role

This contract role supports a high‑profile marketing function on a data‑driven transformation project in London. The Insight Analyst will help stakeholders understand performance, optimise campaigns and make strategic decisions through actionable insight and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI tracking frameworks for marketing performance, engagement and audience metrics.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and optimisation areas.
• Collaborate with BI and data teams to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence marketing strategy and campaign planning.
• Provide campaign evaluations, ad‑hoc analysis and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Support audience segmentation and customer insight initiatives to improve targeting.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing analytics, customer insights or strategic analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent visualisation tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
