Insight Manager

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Insight or Research Executive to step into an Insight Manager position within a high‑performing, client‑facing team. You will own brand tracking programmes and contribute to a variety of strategic research projects, influencing marketing decisions through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end‑to‑end brand tracking programmes, providing continuous insight into brand performance.
• Design, manage fieldwork and analyse quantitative research projects.
• Support campaign effectiveness studies and broader strategic research initiatives.
• Write questionnaires, research proposals and client‑ready deliverables.
• Analyse data using tools such as SPSS, Q or Qualtrics and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Present insights directly to clients, building strong working relationships.
• Contribute to qualitative research, including interviews and focus groups, and identify actionable trends.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in market research or consumer insights.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver brand tracking or continuous research programmes.
• Advanced quantitative research and data analysis expertise.
• Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quantitative research and statistical tools such as SPSS, Q and Qualtrics.
