Insight Manager – London (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Insight Manager to lead high‑impact research programmes that shape brand and marketing strategy for our clients. Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will own projects from design through to delivery, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver brand tracking studies, campaign evaluations and market research programmes.
• Manage end‑to‑end research delivery, including fieldwork, data analysis and reporting.
• Translate complex datasets into narratives that inform strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Develop research proposals, questionnaires and methodologies aligned to client objectives.
• Present findings with clarity and commercial relevance.
• Identify trends and recommend actionable next steps.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership and support new‑business activity.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in quantitative market research or insight roles.
• Proven track record delivering brand tracking and continuous research programmes.
• Excellent client‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
