Insolvency Administrator – Brentwood

About the role

Ambition Europe Limited, a respected advisory firm, is expanding its insolvency team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency matters, gaining exposure to senior staff and a clear progression path.

Key responsibilities

• Administer corporate insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, Administrations) from appointment to closure.
• Prepare statutory reports, creditor updates, notices and decision‑procedure documentation.
• Review financial information to support investigations, asset realisation and distributions.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors, agents and other stakeholders.
• Handle creditor claims and maintain accurate, compliant case files.
• Conduct AML/KYC checks in line with regulatory requirements.
• Draft correspondence, progress reports, proposals and supporting documents.
• Use IPS or similar case‑management software to produce documents and monitor milestones.
• Support senior team members on complex cases and project‑based tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in corporate insolvency administration.
• Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation, SIPs and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial data and statutory documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the capacity to meet competing deadlines.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and motivated to develop professionally.

Required skills

• IPS or similar case‑management software.
