Insolvency Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a well‑established restructuring and insolvency team within a growing professional services firm. You will manage a varied portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency assignments, working closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
• Prepare statutory reports and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Conduct loan book collection and asset realisation activities.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting with stakeholders.
• Assist with investigations and case‑specific enquiries.
• Liaise with solicitors, agents, creditors and other external professionals.
• Support cashiering duties when required.
• Provide a high level of client service while managing your own caseload autonomously.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate insolvency environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and personal insolvency procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
