About the role
We are supporting a reputable law firm in Christchurch that is looking for a qualified Insolvency Solicitor to join their friendly team. The role offers a supportive environment, professional development and a competitive starting salary.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of insolvency matters independently.
- Provide expert legal advice on bankruptcy, administration and restructuring.
- Prepare and review legal documents, court filings and client correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, creditors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor with a solid background in Insolvency Law.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
- Any level of post‑qualification experience (PQE) will be considered.
