About the role
We are seeking an Installation Engineer to travel across the UK installing specialist printing equipment, providing technical support and training customers on operation of their machines.
Key responsibilities
- Install and commission specialist printing equipment at client sites.
- Deliver training and coaching to customers on equipment use.
- Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshooting.
- Travel to various locations throughout the UK, typically Monday‑Friday.
Required profile
- Technical background in printing, software, electromechanical or similar fields.
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
Required skills
- Printing equipment installation.
- Electromechanical systems knowledge.
- Software troubleshooting.
