Installation Supervisor – Field Based (North England)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to step up into a field‑based Installation Supervisor position covering the North of England. You will lead installation projects for bespoke water‑treatment equipment, balancing site work with home‑office planning while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all installation activities across the North of England.
• Conduct site surveys and produce comprehensive risk assessments.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and issues resolved promptly.
• Organise resources, including allocation of company vans and equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Mechanical engineering background with solid installation experience in heavy engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently and travel extensively across the region.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills and client‑facing experience.
