Installer Support Advisor

About the role

The Installer Support Advisor will join a fast‑paced operations team within an energy efficiency and home improvement organisation. You will coordinate installation projects, support customers and contractor partners, and ensure smooth progress throughout the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and monitor installation works to meet agreed processes and service levels.
• Manage work queues, shared inboxes, databases and CRM systems.
• Allocate tasks, track progress and generate reports using internal tools.
• Provide system and process support to users, escalating issues when needed.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email, delivering updates and resolving queries.
• Record all interactions and project updates accurately.
• Identify delays or challenges and collaborate to find solutions.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, operations support, administration or coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a KPI‑ or SLA‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solving and collaborative mindset.
• Analytical ability to identify trends and support operational improvements.
