Installer's Mate – Electrical & Construction (Home‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for an Installer's Mate to join a leading UK manufacturer of ventilation products. Based from your home in the Salisbury area, you will travel to customers' houses to support the installation of a range of ventilation systems, working alongside experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across Salisbury and surrounding areas.
• Assist senior engineers with the installation and commissioning of ventilation products.
• Perform basic electrical and construction tasks required for each installation.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
• Maintain and organise tools, equipment and the company van.

Required profile

• Basic experience in electrical or construction work.
• Full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Motivation to start a long‑term career in installations.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
