About the role
Join the Personal Lines team as an Insurance Account Handler, supporting a designated client portfolio and acting as the first point of contact. You will build strong relationships and address client queries, working Monday to Friday in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients.
- Act as the primary contact, handling queries via phone and face‑to‑face.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Experience in Personal Lines Insurance is essential.
- Proactive, initiative‑taking attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong customer service skills and confidence to engage with clients.
- Positive, collaborative mindset with resilience to adapt to change.
