Insurance Account Manager – High Net Worth Clients

About the role

We are seeking an Insurance Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. You will deliver exceptional service, ensure insurance needs are met, and support the broader broking team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth insurance clients.
• Keep client records accurate and up‑to‑date in internal systems.
• Process new business accounts, place policies and issue documentation within agreed timescales.
• Handle client renewals, review cover, remarket policies and issue renewal paperwork in line with FCA requirements.
• Respond to client queries, policy amendments and mid‑term adjustments.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and colleagues to provide excellent service.
• Prepare client reports and supporting documentation.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to enhance relationships.
• Contribute to team revenue through client retention and new business support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance, account management or client‑focused roles.
• Knowledge of household insurance products and FCA regulations.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
