Insurance Apprentice (Level 3) – School & College Leavers Welcome

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic school or college leavers to join our Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship in Bishops Cleeve. You will earn a salary while studying for a nationally‑recognised CII qualification and gaining hands‑on experience supporting our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic assistance to customers and organise support based on their insurance policies.
• Learn the fundamentals of insurance, market operations and how our services meet customer needs.
• Develop relationship‑management skills by building professional networks with customers and partners.
• Understand governance and regulatory compliance within a regulated industry.
• Apply technical knowledge to support customer enquiries and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Recent school or college graduate (Level 3 entry).
• Motivated, ambitious and eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

• £18,000 per year salary from day one.
