Insurance Sales Advisor – No Cold Calling

About the role
Join a fast‑growing insurance partner as an Insurance Sales Advisor in Bristol. You will work in a modern office environment, helping customers choose the right policies without the pressure of cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers who have expressed interest in opening or renewing an insurance policy.
- Build rapport over the phone, understand lifestyle and coverage needs.
- Accurately record all customer information in the system.
- Explain policy options, pricing, cover levels and any restrictions.
Required profile
- Previous experience handling customer queries or sales over the phone.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.

- £25,840 base salary plus a generous monthly bonus (potential earnings over £50,000 in year one).
