Insurance Sales Executive

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing client in west Reading who are looking for a driven Insurance Sales Executive. This role focuses on consultative, phone‑based selling of insurance products, without the pressure of cold calling, and offers a highly achievable OTE.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm prospects, building relationships and presenting suitable insurance solutions.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly, efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate quotes, answer queries and communicate current promotions.
• Identify additional sales opportunities during conversations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous outbound telephone‑based sales experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident, upbeat telephone manner.
• Strong determination to succeed and achieve targets.
• Valid driving licence and own transport (ideal).
• Prior insurance sales experience is highly advantageous.

• Competitive base salary of £25k‑£27k per year.
