About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insurer Relationship Manager to lead strategic partnerships with insurance providers for a fast‑growing UK insurer. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine commercial insight with data‑driven analysis to shape insurer strategy and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with insurer partners.
• Analyse insurer performance, trading results and profitability.
• Produce commercial reporting and performance insights using advanced Excel and management information systems.
• Identify revenue‑generation opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Use market intelligence and data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead insurer review meetings and present commercial recommendations.
• Leverage modern tools, including AI, to drive efficiencies and unlock business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the London market or commercial insurance sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing insurer partnerships.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, lean team.
• Comfort with large and complex data sets and data‑driven decision making.
• Passion for applying technology and AI to improve business outcomes.
