Integrated Designer (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

The Integrated Designer will be a core creative within OLIVER Marketing UK's in‑house studio, supporting a leading B2B events organisation that runs pharmaceutical trade events and conferences worldwide. Working from the London studio, you will create campaign assets that drive awareness, registrations and engagement across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design campaign assets for paid digital, social, print and event channels.
• Translate approved creative directions into multi‑format deliverables, adapting sizes, specifications and market requirements.
• Adapt global campaign frameworks for EMEA markets while maintaining visual and strategic consistency.
• Work within established brand guidelines to ensure every deliverable is campaign‑ready.
• Collaborate with the motion designer, senior creatives and the Creative Lead to align visual output.
• Manage your own workload end‑to‑end, flagging capacity or timeline risks early.
• Participate in internal creative reviews and present design decisions with clear rationale.
• Incorporate feedback from senior creatives and stakeholders efficiently.
• Use generative AI tools to explore creative options and accelerate production, applying critical judgment to AI‑generated outputs.

Required profile

• Solid experience in integrated design across digital and print channels.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign work for paid digital, social, print or event assets.
• Ability to work independently, manage end‑to‑end projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to brand consistency and detail.
• Proficiency in using generative AI tools responsibly.
