Integration & Automation Developer

About the role

Kilnbridge is seeking a skilled Developer to drive its digital transformation programme. The role focuses on integrating and automating systems across the business to improve data connectivity, workflow efficiency, and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions that integrate disparate systems using APIs and traditional workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop and maintain APIs to enable communication between platforms.
• Create and manage workflow automation processes to streamline operations.
• Support integration initiatives for key platforms such as Syrinx and Sage.
• Help establish a single source of truth across HR, Finance and Expenses systems.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint environments and internal management systems (IMS).
• Assist in building data solutions, including data warehouses and data‑fabric environments.
• Participate in system integration and data migration projects for ERP and CDE platforms.
• Develop internal tools to improve operational efficiency, e.g., material requisition processes.
• Explore AI‑driven solutions and digital automation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Document technical specifications, integration processes and workflows.
• Utilise SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated on the latest integration technologies and trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing system integrations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
