Integrity Operations Specialist

About the role

Bumble Inc. is seeking an Integrity Operations Specialist to join its Trust Operations team. In this role you will investigate safety concerns, review content against community guidelines, and provide compassionate, trauma‑informed support to members experiencing sensitive incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and act on member reports and proactive detections involving safety concerns such as harassment, threats, and non‑consensual imagery.
• Provide trauma‑informed, high‑touch support to members who have experienced safety incidents, following established processes.
• Review flagged accounts and content, applying community guidelines and operational guidance consistently.
• Manage time‑critical cases from initial review through to resolution, ensuring attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Legal and other partners to escalate complex cases.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements to strengthen operational consistency.
• Utilise AI‑supported tools to enhance efficiency while critically evaluating outputs for bias and fairness.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in trust & safety, content moderation, crisis response or a related field.
• Comfortable reviewing potentially distressing content such as graphic, violent or sexual material while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to apply sound judgment within established policies, balancing efficiency with consistent decision‑making.
• Collaborative mindset with ownership of work and an agile approach to evolving priorities.
