Intelligent Office System Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Intelligent Office System Manager to lead the configuration, administration and continuous improvement of the Intelligent Office (IO) platform for a fast‑growing financial services organisation. Reporting to Operations, you will ensure the system supports efficient processes, high data quality and reliable management information across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day configuration, user accounts, adviser setups, fee splits and group hierarchies within Intelligent Office.
• Manage user access, permissions and row‑level security, handling onboarding and leaver processes.
• Provide first‑line support, resolve queries and deliver training to new and existing users.
• Translate operational requirements into system designs, lead testing and rollout of updates.
• Own data quality, work with the Data team to maintain IO as the central source of client information and support MI reporting.
• Identify and drive process improvements, champion best practice and user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Intelligent Office or similar financial CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of system configuration, data integrity and user security.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Data and business teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive improvement mindset.
