Intelligent Systems Engineer – Open Application

About the role

We are looking for exceptional engineers to join Callosum’s London team and tackle the hardest problems in AI infrastructure. The focus is on building software that orchestrates heterogeneous accelerators and creates dynamic systems that adapt to each workload’s needs.

Key responsibilities

• Bring novel AI accelerators to life by working closely with cutting‑edge silicon such as Cerebras, NVIDIA, AMD and emerging chips.
• Design and implement the orchestration layer that coordinates models, workflows and hardware across the full stack.
• Explore and prototype new heterogeneous compute architectures to unlock capabilities that existing monolithic systems cannot provide.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑performance systems and low‑level performance engineering.
• Background in inference infrastructure, orchestration, or distributed systems.
• Hands‑on work with hardware bring‑up, kernel development, or accelerator programming.
• Familiarity with simulation, modelling, or workload design for AI workloads.
