About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Accountant to join a fast‑growing business in East Sussex on a short‑term basis. This role offers an immediate start and the chance to make a tangible impact during a period of rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

Utilise Xero and QuickBooks to manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks.
Prepare monthly management accounts and full sets of statutory accounts.
Develop budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow reports.
Deliver accurate management reporting and performance insights.
Provide hands‑on support across the wider finance function as needed.

Required profile

Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in interim or contract assignments.
Ability to hit the ground running and add value from day one.
Available at short notice for a 3‑6 month engagement.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

What we offer

3‑6 month contract (full‑time or part‑time).
Daily rate of £250‑£300, dependent on experience.
