This interim position supports a busy finance team in Swindon, handling day‑to‑day transactional tasks. It offers a hybrid working model, ideal for candidates looking to develop their finance administration experience in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure accurate, timely data entry.
• Support the preparation and execution of payment runs.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with account reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Respond to finance‑related queries promptly.
• Provide administrative support to the wider finance team.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role.
