Interim Accounts Receivable Administrator – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a fast‑growing finance team on an interim basis. Working remotely, you will support the Senior Billing & Revenue Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts receivable function.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve invoice and billing queries in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the Accounts Receivable function.
• Maintain accurate customer records and financial information.
• Assist with additional billing and revenue tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or finance role.
• Strong understanding of invoicing and query resolution.
• Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high accuracy.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working within a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft‑based systems (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
