Interim Business Continuity Compliance Analyst

About the role

This interim position supports a leading telecoms business in strengthening its Business Continuity programme. The role is based in Reading (with alternatives in London or Manchester) and offers a hybrid working pattern – two days in the office and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain the Business Impact Assessment (BIA) review programme.
• Refresh and enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to meet regulatory standards.
• Support audit preparation, remediation activities and ISO 22301 aligned initiatives.
• Produce governance and management reporting for continuity activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive programme outcomes.
• Assist with supplier continuity assurance and documentation improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Continuity within a regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of operational resilience, audit and compliance processes.
• Ability to engage, influence and challenge a broad range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in highly regulated organisations.
• Knowledge of RTO/RPO concepts.
• ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification preferred.
