About the role
Fin Search Ltd is seeking an Interim Finance Manager to support a private‑equity backed business in Leeds. The role will run for a fixed‑term period, offering a hybrid working model and the chance to influence the company’s growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the consolidated monthly management accounts.
- Prepare statutory financial reports and ensure compliance.
- Produce detailed financial analysis, variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders.
- Deliver ad‑hoc monthly reporting as required.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
Required profile
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in a management accountant or financial reporting role.
- Background in fast‑paced, dynamic environments, preferably within private‑equity owned businesses.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a track record of stakeholder liaison.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary between £75,000 and £80,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the Leeds office, 3 days remote.
- Free on‑site parking on office days.
